Abusive Arturo Flores has proven himself to be a toxic force in our city, using his position to Intimidate, Harass, and Silence those who stand against him—especially WOMEN.
He lied about living in our city before being appointed to the Huntington Park City Council for his own political gain and is now abusing his power.
Abuse Against Women
Abusive Arturo has consistently degraded, belittled, and bullied women. Every woman on the City Council has been subjected to his hostility, including city staff members—especially females that apparently do not speak out in public due to fear of retaliation.
Under Investigation for Harassment
Mistreatment of women doesn’t stop there, there is a current Active Harassment INVESTIGATION against Abusive Arturo for targeted Sexist Bullying of Females at City Hall, reinforcing his pattern of Misogyny and abuse. His pattern of Abusive behavior Against Women, corruption, and recklessness makes it clear: he must be removed immediately.

Instead of serving the people of Huntington Park, Abusive Arturo has used his position to enrich himself and his allies while actively working against the interests of our humble community.
While You follow the law and pay your parking tickets when you park in Red or moving violations; Abusive Arturo believes he is ABOVE THE LAW. He forced city staff to add his and his girlfriend’s personal car license plates to a special protected Law Enforcement system meant for law enforcement purposes and vehicles. Therefore, Abusive Arturo constantly avoids being pulled-over and exposed for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and preventing him from getting more Parking Violations.
Abusive Arturo has forced city staff to Void countless Parking in Red and Street Sweeping Tickets he has received in the City because he believes he is Better than the rest of our community and Above the Law!

🔴 Self-Serving and Neglecting Seniors - In a span of one year, Arturo voted to give himself a Raise of almost $20,000 combined yearly while voting to cut Senior Citizen services by denying city services that support food distributions.
🔴 A Reckless Alcoholic - Arturo is a disgrace continuously seen drunk at official functions and wearing the city logo, Stumbling and Slurring, Harassing Women, and attending city council meetings Reeking of Alcohol.
The residents of Huntington Park deserve better. It’s time to take a stand Against Corruption, Sexism, and Abuse of Women.
